A Little About Us
"The Cove" is taking over a 36 tiny home lake front resort located in Willis, Tx (about 41 minutes from Houston), on beautiful Lake Conroe. Already thriving with great monthly rental income, we plan on implementing a series of property renovations and additions along with bringing in professional management staff thats going to make this THE spot this summer. Located right off the major highway, which is currently being expanded into a 5 lane highway, we plan on putting up a beautiful privacy wall, Landscaping, resurfacing the asphalt, completely renovating the beach, making a bar and grill, game room, boat and jet ski rentals, bait shop, and so much more. Hosting weddings and events, advertising, etc we expect the individual returns on cabins from rentals to blow up. How do we plan on doing this? by selling our cabins off to fund this project, you get a discounted cabin thats value is about to increase significantly in the next 6 months, and we get to fund our renovations and new property. its a pretty good win win for everyone!

Hiring a professional service to start advertising birthday parties, weddings, events, etc will allow the facility to start booking out in large chunks increasing cabin rentals and pricing of them.
The Beach & Daypasses
With the beach now in full motion, we will have gazeebos and tiki huts available for hourly rent with a fully functioning bar and grill servicing them. with the ability to rent waterfrafts, personal swim section for the kids, basketball court, volleyball, etc.
